Dr Hlula Dladla, Municipal Manager
The Office of the Municipal Manager is responsible for the Internal Audit as well as the IDP/PMS, Communication,
Legal, Risk Management and Compliance, Disaster Management, Fleet Management, and Messenger.

Mr Pitso Molefe, Chief Finance Officer
Responsible ensuring transparency, accountability and sound financial management. This means
ensuring that: all statutory requirements adhere to monthly management reports, National Treasury in-year
monitoring reports and annual financial statements

Responsibilities includes Community Facilities, Libraries, Museum, Tourism, Local Economic
